    Sarah do 20 minutes of brisk walking AT LEAST 3 days per week. You will be amazed how quickly the weight begins to go! But don't start if you cannot be consistent. Also, something that helps to get rid of that fishy smelly is to wash it with lime/lemon or vinegar. Just a tip!

    Hi Sarah let' me advise you go remove the ovacado tree from the middle of the banana plantation you have to put them at the corner of the plantation not in middle even guavas because when they grow old they will kill the banana plantation i have experience from western uganda

    Hello Sarah, sorry about that loss, looks like too much water in the soil caused seeds to rot. Tomato farmers usually use black buveera with compost soil to put seeds for the nursery

    Trees are such a wise investment into future food security. May what you planted grow and feed many for years to come. Thank you for being such a faithful and wise steward for your people. They are blessed to have you. May God bless and multiply your work and the fruit of your garden. My climate is so very different from yours. I have no advice other than fruit trees are always good to have. Can you do a fish permaculture project with the swamp area?

    Can you get transplants and there’s too much water for tomatoes they don’t need a lot of water. Make some seeded where you’ll cover with either leaves or grass then they can germinate

    American seeds are not always compatible with African soil. Always buy your local seeds.

    Please also plant herbs, which you can use to cook like Rosemary, Thyme, Corriander persely, onions, spring onions, this will cut on cost of buying for the school. For growing these you can involve the students, calling it gardening class. W used to do it in my primary school Hoima. Best wishes.

    What kind of government does not help its most desperate people, and people always say how happy they are to be in Ugandan. while the leaders are FAT and happy. In housing , decent roads, and schools. Not that people should not work , but some need a hand up. They should be ashamed of themselves! Or at least give you a hand! shameful!

    • @natalieshaulingcompany245
      @natalieshaulingcompany245 18 годин тому

      I feel your frustration. It has been my experience that we have to see government as a partner in our efforts. Citizens can't do it alone, government can't do it alone, investors can't do it alone. But if we partner and move with the same goals and ambitions then we all win.

    • @suzyqsuzyq
      @suzyqsuzyq 18 годин тому

      @@natalieshaulingcompany245 I agree, but it seems those in power, NEVER live as the people, nor suffer, this has been going on in governments since the beginning of time. This is not even partnership, this is taking advantage of the most needy among us. This is 2024, not the turn of the century. Let these folks in government live in this manner , and they should be made to, and see how things change. A government is judged how well it treats those who need us most. No excuses, they have been given a pass for much too long.

    Rice and bread is fine for the kids but it will give you weight gain faster it’s loaded with natural sugars. So if you ate whatever is in the meat pot you would not gain weight also no milk for weight loss. Good luck.

  • @jdezeeuw6540

    If you avoid all starches for a month you will see a big difference all vegetables, excluding potatoes, no porridge no rice no toque no sugar you will lose weight very fast. It’s the starches and the carbohydrates that cause weight gain cooking oil coconut oil they do not cause weight gain unless you mix them with carbohydrates, you can have green beans tomatoes, bananas, all the meat you want, but no starches and the weight will come off very fast. Oil is not. 🇺🇸🌸 your enemy
